The short version: We only collect what you give us through the contact form. We use it to respond to you. We don't sell your data, run ads against it, or share it with anyone who doesn't need it to help us serve you. You can ask us to delete it anytime.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural analytics tools, or ad retargeting on this website.
How we use your information
We use your data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Specifically:
- To reply to your message or service request
- To deliver the free marketing audit you asked for
- To follow up if you've asked us to
We will never add you to a newsletter or marketing list without your explicit consent. We will never contact you about anything unrelated to your original enquiry.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored in Supabase — a SOC 2 Type II compliant cloud database hosted on AWS in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
We retain your information for as long as needed to service your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years after your last contact with us. You can request deletion at any time.
Third-party services
This website uses a small number of third-party services. Each one has its own privacy practices:
- Vercel — hosts this website. Standard server access logs may be collected. Vercel Privacy Policy →

- Google Fonts — serves our typeface (Inter). Google may log font requests from your browser. Google Privacy Policy →
- Google Maps — embedded on the Contact page. Interaction with the map is subject to Google's terms. Google Privacy Policy →
We do not share your personal data with any of these providers beyond what is technically necessary to run the service.
Cookies
We do not use first-party cookies for tracking or analytics. Third-party services on this site (Google Fonts, Google Maps) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023), you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — have inaccurate data corrected
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
